Meet Jeff Roberts
Like my wife, Michelle, I too am originally from upstate NY. I have lived in North Carolina for all but three years since 1990 – starting with a 4 year stint in the Army and assigned to Ft. Bragg, NC. My wife and I have always had an interest in real estate. This interest became a passion in 2004 as we were researching building our second home in Cary. In 2007, this passion led Michelle to enter the world of real estate as a full-time broker. When the business immediately took off, we decided that we would grow the family business by having me attain my broker’s license in 2008 and join her as a team member. I share Michelle’s “Client First Philosophy” and strive to uphold the high standards she sets for our business.
I have represented clients as both a buyers and sellers agent in order to successfully negotiate and close real estate transactions. I use my corporate sales and business training to often help facilitate difficult negotiations and uniquely complex transactions. While the client always comes first, my primary focuses while working with Michelle have been on business operations, technology implementation and streamlining back office process. Today’s real estate market stresses the use of technological and electronic means to successfully represent our clients and we strive to provide a modern, streamlined and seamless process from contract to close.
